I am a Ph.D., who studied at the University of Helsinki world and Finnish history. My nonfictional books consider military, social, cultural, and economic history. Then there are historical novels and biography. My doctoral thesis consisted of the grand battles of the Karelian Isthmus, and I have written a book series of the Chaos and Fell of the Roman Empire.
