This book is a travelogue - not to the Great Wall of China or the warmth of the South, but through the landscapes of depression and exhaustion. I wanted it to be approachable and easy to read. I trust that it will introduce itself and find its own purpose - just as I hope those living with exhaustion will do. Let´s do our best.

I am a self-taught illustrator and a modest writer. I have previously published Reflections from behind the scenes of life, a collection of images and reflections. My latest book tells the story of the past year spent in the company of depression and exhaustion - the journey is still ongoing, so it is not yet a survival story, though I hope it will become one.
