In the spring of 2018, one man began by walking. Twenty-six days later, the oligarchy fell without a single death. In June 2026, the people voted again. The unfinished revolution received a second mandate. Ilkka Ronkainen was there for both. He watched the first revolution take shape from twenty meters away and spent eight years watching what it could not finish. When Armenia voted again in 2026, he was certain the revolution would lose. It didn't. This book is his answer to the question both revolutions left open: what kind of society should Armenia build and how? Drawing on five decades of engagement with Armenia, a career building one of the world's most admired public sectors in Finland, and a clear-eyed analysis of the AI age, Ronkainen makes a practical case for Armenia as a Dignity Society: a country where every citizen has access to AI in their own language, where human flourishing is the measure of development, and where the strength of village communities is the foundation of national renewal. The book moves from theory to action. It proposes a value process that begins in villages and ends in the constitution. It maps the rights every Armenian should be able to claim. It translates those rights into concrete benefits. And it presents a pilot, AI Living Lab Baghramjan, that shows how the revolution can begin in one village and spread to an entire nation. Armenia has now done something that almost no revolutionary movement in history has achieved: transformed itself twice: first in the streets, then at the ballot box. The question is no longer whether Armenia can change. The question is what it builds next. "The dignity society is not a utopia. It is a direction. And a direction is what the Fourth Republic needs most."
